Fraternity & sorority formals
SM Travel Co plans fraternity formals, sorority formals, and Greek life chapter weekends for college organizations nationwide. Social chairs, risk managers, and chapter presidents use us when they want a real formal travel package — hotel, private venue, and weekend logistics — without running Venmo collections and vendor contracts themselves.
What's included
- 3-night hotel stay (Thursday–Sunday) with a secured chapter room block
- Private venue event planned and managed by SM Travel Co
- Full weekend itinerary with on-the-ground coordination
- SM trip group chat for real-time updates before and during the weekend
- Couple / roommate-friendly packaging starting at $199 per couple
- Optional add-ons: party buses, photographer, DJ upgrades, and more
What to expect
- A Thursday–Sunday formal built for fraternities, sororities, and Greek chapters
- Destination options across the Southeast and beyond — or a custom city on your dates
- Hotel + nightlife + private event night in one package, not three separate vendors
- Transparent package pricing so members know what they're paying for
- A weekend that feels like real travel, not a DIY spreadsheet formal
